Another uragon made it to the list of topnotchers — this time for the Chemical Engineering Board Examination.

Al Christian Regorgo Gobres of Rawis, Legazpi City is the topnotcher among 321 passers out of 679 examinees at the 2021 Chemical Engineering board exam. He is an alumna Ibalon Central School — Legazpi City and the Philippine Science High School. He eventually studied in the University of the Philippines — Diliman where he took Chemical Engineering degree.

Gobres’s father is from Bulan, Sorsogon while his mother is from Oas, Albay.
