The Province of Camarines Sur is in Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) status from March 1-31, 2021. Inbound and outbound travels are allowed. Note, however, that there may be multiple travel requirements for each destination at sub-provincial levels which is respected by virtue of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases Resolution No. 101.
For Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI):
- Travel Authority
- Medical Certificate
- Barangay Certificate
- Letter of Acceptance from LGU
For Returning Overseas Filipino (ROF):
- Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result, valid for seventy-eight (78) hours from test date
- Quarantine Certificate issued by Bureau of Quarantine
- Travel Authority

- Barangay Certificate
For Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR)::
- Company ID or Certificate of Employment
- Travel Order
- Letter of Acceptance from LGU
- Travel Itinerary
- Symptom-screening at ports of entry and exit (IATF Resolution No. 98-A issued on February 4, 2021).
