As of May 31, 2020, confirmed cases of COVID-19 recorded in Bicol Region 74.
A total of 33 test results were released Sunday. 30 came from Bicol Regional Diagnostic and Reference Laboratory (BRDRL) while three are from Bicol Medical Center (BMC). Of the 33, one is positive and this is Bicol # 55, 18 years old female from Legazpi City.
Breakdown of negative results for COVID-19 is as follows:
PHO Albay – 15, BRTTH -4, BMC – 3, Cam Norte- 8, and CESU Legazpi – 2.
No new recoveries are recorded.
On Suspects and Probable, Bicol Region has 3 suspects – one from Albay and two from Sorsogon.
Total casea nationwide is 17,224 baaed on the May 30 data of the Department of Health. The figure shows a spike of 1,046 cases two days before the lifting of the enhanced community quarantine in Metro Manila. Death is recorded at 950.
