Bicol Region’s total number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 as of 10 April 2020 is now at seventeen (17), after one (1) new case was recorded today by the Department of Health Center for Health Development – Bicol (DOH .
The seventeenth (17th) confirmed case is a 31-year old Filipino female from Albay. She is a close contact of a COVID-19 positive. She consulted at a local health facility. Said patient is in stable condition.
On Recoveries
DOH CHD – Bicol reports one new recovery today. Patient with local code Bicol#6, a 60-year old female from Camarines Sur, now tested negative for COVID-19. She is the 10th recovery in Bicol Region.
On PUIS
On test results released today, twenty-eight (28) Persons Under Investigation tested negative for COVID-19. This brings the total number of PUIs with negative results to 140. The total number of PUIs recorded in Bicol Region is 166, nine (9) among them are awaiting test results.
