Legazpi City is in Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) status from March 1-31, 2021. Inbound and outbound travels are allowed. Note, however, that there may be multiple travel requirements for each destination at the provincial and sub-provincial levels which is respected by virtue of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases Resolution No. 101.
For Legazpi City inbound travel, the following are the requirements per traveller classification:

* Those attending meetings and legal proceedings | Certification or letter bearing the name of the person and indicating the date or schedule of meeting or legal proceeding |

The Barangay Health Emergency Response Teams are likewise mobilized to monitor inbound travelers to their respective barangays and check if these travelers have undergone symptom screening.
