Legazpi City is in Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) status from March 1-31, 2021. Inbound and outbound travels are allowed. Note, however, that there may be multiple travel requirements for each destination at the provincial and sub-provincial levels which is respected by virtue of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases Resolution No. 101.
For Legazpi City inbound travel, the following are the requirements per traveller classification:

|Government Employees and Officials||Agency-issued Identification Card (ID)IATF Resolution on Travels of Government Officials and Personnel on Official Business (IATF Resolution No. 98-A)Government officials and personnel shall not be required to undergo mandatory testing and/or quarantine protocols of the LGUs of destination provided that they:a. Present valid IDs issued by their respective government agencyb. Present original or a certified true copy of the travel authority/order issued by the Department Secretary or his/ her designated officialc. Pass symptom screening at the port upon arrival, and in the case of public transport, upon boarding; and d. Strictly comply with the minimum public health standards|

|* Students||Certification or letter to take admission test, to enroll or to obtain school credentials|
|* Those taking government sponsored examinations and tests||Certification or letter issued by the government agency conducting the examination indicating the name of the passenger|
|* Those attending meetings and legal proceedings||Certification or letter bearing the name of the person and indicating the date or schedule of meeting or legal proceeding|
|TOURISTS||Must report to the designated location for symptom-screening:Legazpi City Convention Center, Airport Access Road, Brgy. Cruzada, Legazpi City|
The Barangay Health Emergency Response Teams are likewise mobilized to monitor inbound travelers to their respective barangays and check if these travelers have undergone symptom screening.
