The Department of Public Works and Highways announced that three roads in the Bicol Region have been damaged by Typhoon Paeng making them impassable. The District Engineers in concerned areas, however, are doing everything to repair the damaged roads.

Affected roads are Albay West Coast Road, (K0491+000), Libon-Paclas Section; Daang Maharlika (K0363+100) Brgy. Tuaca Basud, Camarines Norte; and Jct. Panganiban-Sabloyon Road, Catanduanes a. K0074+500 – K0074+520, Brgy. Sabloyon, Mun. of Caramoan, b. K0076+300 – K0076+325, Brgy. Sabloyon, Mun. of Caramoan, and c. K0076+500 – K0076+520, Brgy. Sabloyon, Mun. of Caramoan.
