The Villafuerte father and sons took Camsur by the hand when they won again in the recently concluded local elections.
In the gubernatorial race, the youngest Villafuerte, Luigi, won over Nonoy Andaya with a vote margin of 76,530 with 97.97% of the election returns transmitted. Luigi got 483,741 while Andaya got 407,211. The pro-China candidate, Imelda Papin, only received, 13,493 votes.
In the Second Congressional District, LRay Villafuerte generated 111,743 over Aba Abasola who only generated a little over 30 thousand.
In the Fifth Congressional District, Migz Villafuerte beat Madel Alfelor. Migz got 152,463 while Madel only got 101,100.
Other winners include Sal Fortuno Jr., in the vice gubernatorial race; Hori Horibata in the First District Congressional elections; Gabrield Bordado Jr., in the Third Congressional District; and, Arnie Fuentebella in the Fourth Congressional District.
