LIFTING THE CHECKPOINT/BORDER CONTROL OF THE PROVINCE OF ALBAY

SECTION 1. LIFTING THE CHECKPOINT/BORDER CONTROL. – All checkpoints/border control manned by the Philippine National Police within the Province of Albay are hereby lifted.
Nevertheless, reasonable restrictions may be imposed by the LGU of destination, which should not be stricter as those prescribed under higher alert levels and subject to the oversight, monitoring, and evaluation of their respective BIATF.
SECTION 2. SEPARABILITY CLAUSE. – Should any part of this executive order be declared unconstitutional or invalid by proper authority, other provision herein which are not affected shall continue to be in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. REPEALING CLAUSE. – All orders, rules and regulations which are inconsistent with any of the provisions of this Order are hereby repealed, superseded or modified accordingly.
SECTION 4. EFFECTIVITY. – This order takes effect upon approval and shall remain in effect until lifted.
