Lite Ferries, operated by Lite Shipping Corporation, will be sailing from Castilla, Sorsogon to Manila and other ports of call in Visayas and vice versa according to the information shared by Punong Barangay Alex Sotto of Poblacion Castilla Sorsogon. The maiden voyage of cargo and passenger vessels from Castilla Port will happen before the end of March 2021.

The opening of the new sea route is expected top decongest the Matnog Port from cargo trucks and other vehicles bound for Northern Samar and Manila as well..
