As of June 6, 2020, confirmed cases of COVID-19 recorded in the Bicol Region remain at 77 as all test results received by the Department of health Center for Health Development in Bicol (DOH CHD-Bicol) were all negative.

A total of one hundred fifty (150) test results were received Saturday 130 of which came from the Bicol Regional Diagnostic and Reference Laboratory (BRDRL) and 20 are from the Bicol Medical Center (BMC). These results are broken down as follows: PHO Albay – 41, BRTTH – 44, BMC – 2, Camarines Norte – 15, Camarines Sur – 3, Sorsogon – 2, and CESU Legazpi – 43.
On recoveries, patient with local code Bicol#54, a 51-year old Filipino female from Legazpi City,Albay now tested negative for COVID-19. She was discharged but must still undergo quarantine.
Bicol#56 from Daraga, Albay is now fully recovered.
On suspects and probable cases, Bicol Region has three (2) suspects – one (1) from Albay and one (1) from Camarines Sur.

Meanwhile, total cases in the Philippines is now at 21,340. Deaths are 994 and recoveries are 4,441.
The Philippines continue to remain third in Southeast Asia in terms of Covid-19 cases next to Singapore with 37,183 cases and Indonesia with 29,521.
