Matugtog kita is a collaborative effort of Sorsoganon artists and musicians, Pol Torrente, Ted Aldwin, Bjorn Salvador, Rey Laurenaria, Veron Tayam Divina, Julius Jeresano, Jay Jamoralin, Melton Balicano, Luis Jarabejo Jr., JE Sipoy, Yen Llanera, and Gary Dioquino.

The group aims to promote the local music scene and calls for institutional support. They believe that there is a necessity for musicians and artists to help one another and to create art and music that is relevant and meaningful to society.
