Based on the Bicol Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) Resolution No. 07 dated
25 May 2020, all local government units (LGUs) are ordered to dismantle immediately all the existing checkpoints that they set up.

Specifically, these are the checkpoints that are:

1. Solely created by the LGU and manned by its staff;
2. Created NOT in coordination wth any member agency of the JTF CV Shield.
3. IMPOSING MORE REQUIREMENTS other than those prescribed by the Bicol IATF as emphasized in Advisory dated 18 May 2020.
