The Department of Health Center for Health Development – Bicol reports that patient with code Bicol #28 died this afternoon due to Coronavirus Disease 2019. Patient is the 3rd death in Bicol Region, and 2nd recorded death in Albay.
Bicol #28 is a 78-year old Filipino male from Guinobatan, Albay. Onset of Illness was on April 11, 2020. The patient was admitted at the Bicol Regional Training and Teaching Hospital (BRTTH) on April 18, 2020. He tested positive on April 21, 2020. He was the oldest confirmed case recorded as of date in Bicol Region.
