Six municipalities in Camarines Sur led by Siruma are in the top-10 list of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Bicol field office for distributing the Social Amelioration Program (SAP) funds.
Siruma is the first of all municipalities to completely distribute the P5,000 financial assistance to families affected by Coronavirus (Covid-19).
Casiguran, Sorsogon, which also completes the distribution, ranks second.
Other municipalities in Camarines Sur in tye top-10 list are Garchitorena, Ocampo, Bombon, Ragay and Libmanan.
Other areas in the list are Ligao City in Albay, Bagamanoc in Catanduanes,and Aroroy in Masbate.
