April 7 Bicol Covid Update: 13 Cases, 1 death

The Department of Health- Center for Health Development in Bicol (DOH CHD-Bicol) recorded thirteen (13) cases as of April 7, 2020. Of the confirmed cases, five (5) recovered and one died.

The person who died is a 66 year old Filipino citizen from Camarines Sur. He was admitted at the Bicol Medical Center midnight of April 2 but died a few hours later on April 3.

The DOH CHD – Bicol also recorded twelve (12) new Persons Under Investigation (PUIs) bringing the total number of PUIs to 127, ninety three (93) of which tested negative for COVID-19, while twenty (20) are awaiting results.

The Department of Health Center for Health Development – Bicol continuously urges the public to STAY AT HOME and follow strictly the preventive measures against COVID-19.
