Kusidong Isda

There are different versions of “kusido” or stewed fish. Kusido is from the Spanish “cocido” or “cooked” and can refer to “boiled meat and vegetables”. In Bicol, though, “cocido” or “kusido” automatically refers to boiled fish and vegetables.
