The mayoralty seat in Talisay, Camarines Norte is up for grabs and three hopefuls are doing all they can to take the seat. These are Vice Mayor Jeanalyn Aguilar of the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-Laban), Councilor Donovan Mancenido of the Kusog Bikolandia (KB) and Juancho Ramores of the Natiional Unity Party (NUP).

In the vice mayoralty race, Mayor Ronnie Magana is looking forward to take the legislative seat and competing with him are NUP candidate Erlinda de Leon, and independent candidates Mark Cirera and Reginald Vito.

Magana, like Aguilar, is also with the PDP-Laban.

Twenty-two candidates are also vying for a seat in the Sangguniang Bayan. Five of these are incumbent councilors.
