Camarines Sur emerged as the overall leader in the 2026 Palarong Bicol Paragames, securing 20 gold, 6 silver, and 8 bronze medals as of March 7, 2026. Naga City placed second with 7 golds, 7 silvers, and 13 bronzes, followed by Masbate City with 6 golds. Albay, Iriga City, and Tabaco City each won 5 gold medals, while Camarines Norte recorded 4 golds. The full medal tally reflects the growing competitiveness of Bicol’s para-athletes.


The results highlight Camarines Sur’s continued dominance in adaptive sports, with athletes showing exceptional skill and determination across various events.


Regular Sports


In the regular sports category, Naga City took the top spot with 77 golds, 60 silvers, and 58 bronzes, followed closely by Albay with 65 golds, 66 silvers, and 80 bronzes. Camarines Norte captured 56 golds, 64 silvers, and 62 bronzes, while Legazpi City secured fourth place with 48 golds. Camarines Sur, despite topping the Paragames, placed fifth in regular sports with 47 golds, 52 silvers, and 80 bronzes.


The medal spread demonstrates the region’s balanced athletic talent, with both urban centers and provincial divisions contributing to the vibrant sports scene. Masbate City, despite a strong showing in the Paragames, ended in 13th place in regular sports, illustrating the competitive depth of the games.
