The Baldo Clan flexed its muscle once again and showed the Albayanos that the Municipality of Camalig remains under its control. Mayor Caloy Baldo got another term as mayor garnering 59.59% of the votes cast.
Ding Baldo also beat her competitor to a pulp with 69.22% votes for the Vice Mayoralty seat.
Team Baldo also showed a solid punch as all its councilors won the seats in the Sangguniang Bayan. The Baldos and their slate are all with the Lakas-National Union of Christian Democrats (LAKAS).
