Due to the increasing number of Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) positive cases in the Bicol Region and the continuing violation of the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) guidelines, the following local government units (LGUs) are now implementing a “No Warning Policy” and will now automatically arrest violators.
